Job Summary

Under limited supervision, this role assists in achieving the sales goals of the business unit. Responsibilities include training and reinforcing sales techniques for store Crew Members, ensuring excellent customer service, providing thorough sales and product training, and meeting/exceeding the annual sales goal. Supervisory Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent store operations.
2. Actively greet and engage customers to meet their boating needs.
3. Prioritize and plan to drive results and achieve business goals.
4. Equip Crew Members to handle diverse transactions for seamless customer experiences.
5. Oversee operations in Hub locations as required.

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Ensure inventory accuracy through perpetual counts, cycle counts, and other related activities.
2. Oversee execution of price changes and pricing audits.
3. Assist in strategies to grow customer count, loyalty memberships, and store traffic.
4. Plan and execute merchandising resets and maintain Planogram (POG) integrity.
5. Initiate and enforce operational and personnel policies.
6. Ensure payroll is accurate and timely.
7. Verify compliance with Asset Protection standards.
8. Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
9. Ensure adherence to all legal requirements.
10. Ensure the store and staff exemplify our brand and service standards.
11. Maintain knowledge through company and industry-sponsored training.
12. Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
13. Complete all open Omni orders by end of day.
14. Serve as “Manager on Duty” during assigned shifts.
15. Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities May Include

1. Provide product knowledge and suggest additional items/services to customers.
2. Drive customer experience to meet their needs and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
3. Drive store conversion and add-on sales, including Plus Plans.
4. Ensure staff and store reflect our brand's service excellence.

Physical Requirements

1. Continuous standing and walking throughout the retail space.
2. Ability to wear and communicate through a headset continuously.
3. Frequent climbing, bending, stooping, and twisting.
4. Occasionally operate equipment, including forklifts.
5. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height unassisted frequently.
