Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is representing a well-established industrial services and manufacturing client seeking an Operations Manager in Wisconsin. The role oversees production, quality, safety, and operational performance with a focus on efficiency and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Mentor and develop production supervisors and operational personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operational personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and customer service teams to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee production scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures that support growth and scalability.

Manage facility performance, equipment utilization, and maintenance activities.

Support strategic planning and operational initiatives to improve overall business performance.
