Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a capable Operations Lead to head daily branch activities in Santa Clara, CA. You will manage service teams, oversee routing, scheduling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving profitability.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, installing, and servicing residential and commercial water treatment systems, recruiting and coaching staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service. A valid driver's license and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to work with all levels of management.
• Motivated self-starter with effective leadership and coaching abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Supervise and schedule warehouse and field service staff

• Maintain team accountability and uphold company policies
• Monitor local market competition and adjust strategies accordingly
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Conduct field training with service staff and support operational goals
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment
• Support cross-functional tasks and employee coaching as needed
