Qualifications

• 4–7 years of operations, program management, or technical project management in a tech company.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Asana, and BI dashboards or spreadsheet modeling.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into structured operational frameworks and actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience managing executives/stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related analytical field.
• Bonus: PMP, remote-first experience, or SQL basics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and iterate on core operational processes and standard operating procedures across technical teams
• Partner with engineering leadership to manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and project delivery timelines
• Track operational health metrics using Jira, Confluence, and BI tools to surface bottlenecks and operational risk
• Manage vendor evaluations, software procurement, and internal tooling integrations to optimize team productivity
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, aligning product, engineering, and finance stakeholders on milestones
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow efficiency and automating manual administrative tasks

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of operations, program management, or technical project management experience in a technology company
• Advanced proficiency with project management platforms (Jira, Asana) and spreadsheet modeling or BI dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business goals into structured operational frameworks and actionable plans
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of executive-level stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field
• Bonus: PMP certification, prior experience in a remote-first tech environment, or basic proficiency in SQL
