Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving continuous operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to operations teams across 1st and 2nd shifts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee operational functions, including logistics, supply chain, and facilities management, ensuring streamlined workflows and adherence to quality standards.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing industry best practices, and adopting innovative solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing operations team by setting clear objectives, offering ongoing feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans effectively to meet financial targets, minimize costs, and ensure sustainable business practices.

Overview

The Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring productivity, and aligning day-to-day operations with the organization's strategic objectives.
