Operations Managers play a critical role in business performance, providing leadership across project execution, financial results, workforce development, and customer relationships. By aligning field operations, project management, and business strategy, they help ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standards of quality.
At RK Mechanical, you’ll lead business unit operations across industrial, semiconductor, mission-critical, healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Preconstruction, and executive leadership, you’ll oversee project performance, staffing strategies, forecasting, customer relationships, and operational execution.
