Job summary

Crossroads Courier in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Phoenix operation, drive performance, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment. We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Phoenix operation, develop our team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive operational and financial performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for dispatch, customer support, driver support, warehouse operations, and independent contractor performance.

Preferred Experience

• Courier, logistics, transportation, or healthcare operations
• Last-mile or final-mile delivery operations
• Zoho CRM or CXT TMS experience
• Medical courier or time-critical delivery experience
