Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Position Overview:

A well-established, fast-paced healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at their office location in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and service delivery. This is a search for a leadership role critical to supporting the company’s mission of delivering exceptional care in an efficient, compliant, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain office operational procedures and report performance with improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate and enhance processes to improve quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise daily operations, delegate responsibilities, and ensure appropriate staffing and workflow.
  • Maintain office and equipment upkeep, including cleanliness and regular maintenance.
  • Monitor and ensure staff performance, attendance, certification compliance, and training.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members; conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular staff meetings and mandated training sessions.
  • Communicate effectively and foster a positive work environment.
  • Analyze and review reports and checklists for accuracy and completeness.
  • Travel between locations and provide direct coverage or support as needed.
  • Address workplace issues through written documentation and collaboration with HR.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma with continuing education
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree with formal management training

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum 3 years in operations and management in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred: 5 years in healthcare operations, preferably in occupational health
