Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to be a positive change agent, driving high customer satisfaction while leading a branch team that includes engineering, project execution and service, plus back-office support.

This role requires experience managing teams in fire and life safety, ownership of branch operations, and collaboration with a national organization to grow profitability and service delivery.

Formación

• Two to five years of experience in an operations manager role within the fire and life safety industry.
• Ability to communicate to a diverse group including leadership, regional staff, customers, and vendors.
• Strong leadership and team-building ability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee engineering and project management for the division.
• Supervise and develop branch associates including designers, project managers, technicians, coordinators, supervisors, dispatchers, and staff.
• Ensure scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of install, service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop a budget and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Report monthly financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage asset inventory and company vehicles.

THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELLSciens Building Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager who is a positive change agent and can drive high customer satisfaction while leading a branch team, including engineering, project execution and service departments, along with a back-office team to support a business that is experiencing exciting growth.
