Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking an Operations Manager at the Alltown Bus Company branch in Illinois. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate drivers and the operations team, assist with hiring, implement policies, and help build a positive company culture.

Salary is $80k–$85k per year depending on experience. Requirements include 3 years of management, 1 year supervisory, CDL B with endorsements, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Manage daily and long-term planning to meet company goals.

• Assess budgets to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
• Inspire employees through positive encouragement and incentives.
• Communicate with senior officials about shifting priorities and projects.

Alltown Bus Company Job Description Summary: The Operations Manager oversees our organizational processes and ensures daily tasks by the drivers and other members of the operations teams are met at their local branch. Their main duties include managing daily operations, assisting with the hiring process of new employees, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, and building an enjoyable company culture.
