Job summary

Oline Construction is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Omaha and Midwest region to lead and grow our established Midwest division based in Omaha. This leadership role oversees operations across multiple projects, mentoring teams and partnering with executive leadership to expand presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing multiple project teams and large-scale operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational oversight.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of commercial construction operations from preconstruction through project completion.
• Existing relationships within the Midwest construction market are preferred.

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations staff.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with Development, Preconstruction, Estimating, and Design teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support strategic growth.

Lead the Growth of Oline Construction Across the Midwest

Oline Construction is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to help lead and grow our established Midwest division based in Omaha. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing operations across an active portfolio of projects while partnering with executive leadership to continue expanding our presence throughout the region.

Unlike many growth opportunities, this is not a startup operation. Oline already has an established office in Omaha, a talented team in place, and a strong backlog of work throughout the greater Omaha area. The Regional Operations Manager will build upon that foundation by driving operational excellence, mentoring project teams, and helping position the company for continued long‑term growth across the Midwest.
