Job summary

Asia Wild, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage resources, and coordinate between departments to achieve organizational goals. You will analyze performance data and optimize workflows to drive productivity and improve service delivery.

The role requires leading diverse teams, aligning goals with business objectives, and improving efficiency. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience are expected; Six Sigma/PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of operations management experience.
• Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.

• Lead the process of aligning operational goals with business objectives by engaging with department heads
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Business Administration or Operations Management
• Minimum of five years of operations management experience
• Preferred certification in Six Sigma or Project Management
• Ability to effectively lead and manage diverse teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems or similar tools is advantageous

Compensation

$21 - $30 hourly
