Dee Ro Logistics in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a dependable Non Exempt Operations Manager to support daily delivery operations, uphold safety and compliance, and lead Delivery Associates with a culture of accountability. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, transportation, or warehouse leadership.
• Experience supervising Operations Coordinators and Delivery Associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Amazon DSP operational workflows, including loadout, dispatch, rescues, and end-of-day processes.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams to meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance across the team.
• Analyze data, make recommendations, and drive process improvements with DAs.
• Serve as the safety champion and reinforce company values daily.
• Coordinate loadout, rescues, and end of day tasks, maintain flexibility to support all operational needs.
• Work 10 plus hour shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, complete at least one delivery route every 14 days.
• Review route commitments and allocate vehicles efficiently.
• Ensure vehicle roadworthiness, ground unsafe vehicles, and secure replacements promptly.
• Coordinate repairs using internal vendors and third party resources to minimize downtime.
• Assist with emergency field repairs such as minor fixes, pullouts, tire changes, and tows.
• Manage accident reporting, documentation, and communication with insurance partners.
• Maintain communication with DAs throughout their shift and elevate emergencies appropriately.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct meetings with DAs, and address performance gaps or violations.
• Ensure adherence to DVIC pre and post trip inspections and update all required systems and logs.
• Debrief with DAs at the end of each shift to close out operations.

• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams to meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
• Experience managing fleet operations, including vehicle inspections, repairs, vendor coordination, and downtime reduction.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict, deliver corrective feedback, and maintain professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions during emergencies or operational disruptions.
• Ability to work long shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operational demands.
• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks such as minor vehicle repairs, pullouts, tire changes, and field support.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• High level of reliability, integrity, and commitment to safety-first leadership.
