STATEN ISLAND SKATING PAVILION is seeking energetic, organized leaders to join our team as part-time Managers to support rink operations and create an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee daily rink operations, manage staff scheduling, coordinate ice programs (public sessions, figure skating, hockey, private rentals), and help with events, parties, and seasonal programming. Zamboni training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous management or leadership experience (hospitality/recreation a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Salary: $25 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily rink operations in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Manage staff scheduling and daily shift coverage

• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for skaters of all ages
