Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a seasoned Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee field activities across assigned markets, including aerial, underground, and in-home service delivery. You will direct field resources, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects meet milestones and SLAs.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, budget adherence, and clear client communication, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement in telecom field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, field operations, or project management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role within telecom, utility, or construction sectors.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, field operations, or project management
• At least 3 years in a leadership role within the telecom, utility, or construction sectors
• Demonstrated success managing subcontractor relationships and multi-site operations

Exposure

• Field operations in telecom (broadband, internet, voice, video)
• Aerial and underground installation standards
• Job scheduling, budgeting, vendor oversight, and site audits

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and crawl in tight or confined spaces
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to use hands and arms for tool operation, cable installation, and device configuration
• Ability to work in various environments including indoors, outdoors, attics, and crawl spaces
• Visual and auditory ability to operate safely and troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and safely operate company vehicles
