The Operations Manager at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport will be responsible for taking ownership of all customer accounts, maintaining, and growing them to their full potential. Duties will vary from assisting with customer inquiries, managing employees, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Will work with the supervisors to maintain the facilities and compliance of all tasks and training. The Operations Manager is always looking for ways to engage their employees and make the workplace more effective and efficient. They need excellent leadership skills, social skills, and knowledge of actively listening.
