Job summary

MAS HVAC in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive Lean initiatives across our production facility. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and mentor teams toward KPI targets in a rapidly expanding PE-backed environment.

Responsibilities include implementing 5S, value-stream mapping, standardized work, and data-driven improvement. A BS in a related field and 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, production, or plant management.
  • Lean manufacturing experience in a production environment.
  • Experience driving KPIs and operational performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Preferred: experience establishing new manufacturing lines and HVAC industry.

This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, and a proven ability to drive teams toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
