About Us:

We are seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our team in Manassas or Tysons Corner, and play a key role in shaping our firm's future.

As the Operations Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our firm's operations. You will oversee operational functions and human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides ongoing advice to the CEO on business solutions that identify and timely address operational deficiencies, talent needs, process change, technological advancements, etc.
  • With CEO approval, executes the implementation of business solutions that optimize and achieve the operation’s financial goals driving year over year revenue and profit growth
  • Assessment, hiring and retention of right-fit team members through comprehensive workforce planning, performance management, training and development activities
  • Builds strong and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization to help successfully drive change management initiatives and adoption
  • Drives and executes decisions on hiring, training and development, performance management to include employee exits as appropriate
  • Drives decisions in accordance with competent knowledge, research, understanding, and compliance of all federal and state employment laws
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong business acumen with the know-how to drive operational excellence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and time-management skills
  • Previous experience working in similar positions is a must.
  • Demonstrates excellence in customer service to the firm’s team members and our external clients

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field
  • Completion of formal Human Resources and/or Management training(s)
  • 5+ Years’ experience in management with direct reports
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
