Job summary

Happy House Cleaning in Madison, WI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across sales, office/admin, and training. You will learn each role, recruit future leaders, and help scale the business as we grow.

This fast-paced, high-responsibility position rewards initiative, ownership, and results. Competitive compensation ($62,000/year plus $8,000 incentive, PTO) and relocation support may be available; health benefits are not included, and schedule runs Mon–Fri

• Oversee and manage all daily operations of the business

• Collaborate with leadership to execute company strategy and growth initiatives
