Job summary

Saxon Global in Leominster, MA is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage production, quality, warehouse and logistics, ensuring daily and weekly fulfillment targets.

You will supervise manufacturing and temporary staff, optimize workflows, coach leaders, coordinate materials, and drive improvements in productivity and safety. This role requires adherence to food safety, GMP, HACCP, and related standards, with a hands-on approach during peak periods.

• Develop and maintain SOPs and processes.
• Track KPIs and operational reports.

• Provide hands-on leadership during high-volume periods.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality, warehouse, and logistics operations to achieve daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
• Lead and support manufacturing, quality, logistics, and temporary employees.
• Manage employee schedules, daily assignments, workflows, and operational priorities.
• Coach and develop high‑potential employees and future team leaders.
• Coordinate raw materials and production priorities to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
• Identify and implement improvements in productivity, waste reduction, labor utilization, operating costs, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and operational processes.
• Track key performance metrics and maintain accurate operational reports.
• Collaborate effectively with employees, management, Human Resources, and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide hands‑on operational leadership and support, especially during high-volume production periods.
