Job Title: Operations Manager

Company: Chiefs Fit

Directly Reports To: General Manager

Department: Management Team

Position Overview: The Operations Manager (OM) ensures that the club delivers the best guest and member experience. Responsibilities include maintaining company standards, leading by example in cleanliness and friendliness, supporting member retention, hiring and developing staff, and achieving department targets such as customer service, cleanliness, and revenue goals. The OM also ensures a safe, well-equipped environment for members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service quality and member experience
  • Engage with members proactively and resolve concerns professionally
  • Monitor and maintain club facilities and equipment
  • Coordinate with janitorial services and promote teamwork
  • Drive revenue in Fuel Zone and Recovery Lounge
  • Implement promotions and merchandising strategies
  • Ensure staff training and operational procedures are followed
  • Handle banking, supplies, and POS operations
  • Supervise staff schedules and conduct performance meetings
  • Coach staff and perform other duties as required

Work Schedule: Full-time position with variable hours, including prime time, early mornings, late nights, and weekends, depending on club needs and events.
