Job summary

Insight Global in Indianapolis is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Project Manager to support warehouse operations and inventory control. You will focus on accurate inventory tracking, efficient inbound/outbound handling, and alignment with operational strategies.

You will lead strategies for VLM loading/unloading, optimize replenishment levels, and oversee auto-replenishment for technician vehicles while maintaining CMMS accuracy and coordinating with vendors for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inventory control/parts management experience.
• 4+ years of Project Management / Execution experience.
• Strong data analytics background and well versed in MS Excel.
• Proven experience in inventory forecasting, using data analytics and historical trends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience building partnerships with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for loading and unloading Vertical Lift Modules.
• Analyze and adjust replenishment levels.
• Manage auto-replenishment processes for technician vehicles.
