Yellowstone Landscape in Houston seeks an Operations Manager to lead Maintenance Operations and supervise Account Managers, coordinating with Irrigation and Fert/Chem Techs. You will steer daily operations, safety, and client service for our commercial portfolios.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, planning and scheduling to meet contractual specs, supporting sales and renewals, and driving growth while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of P&Ls with basic understanding.
• Extensive irrigation knowledge.
• Experience at Account Manager level; leadership track record.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
