Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to guide daily operations and lead sales through a team of managers and technicians. The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, client engagement, and financial stewardship to meet contractual standards and exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of landscape management experience, a Bachelor’s in Horticulture or related field (Associate’s acceptable with relevant experience), and strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or related major strongly preferred; Associate’s Degree considered with relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm.
• Experience leading other managers.
• Knowledge of regional climate horticultural practices is a plus.
• Excellent client service and superb communication skills; Spanish a plus.
