Position Summary
The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy, responsible for driving store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty, and maintaining an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership.
Responsibilities
- Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
- Sales and inventory management
- Employee staffing, training, and development
- Financial management
- Customer service leadership
Essential Functions
- Management: Lead others, work effectively with store crews, supervise, assign and direct crew activities, communicate information to crew and supervisors, support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
- Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
Education
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

- Pay Range: $17.00 - $29.00 (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary; actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors).
