We’re looking for a strong Operations Manager to come in and take ownership of our day-to-day field operations.
We’re growing, and we need someone who can help us raise the standard across the board — our people, our trucks, our systems, our customer experience, and our overall performance.
This is not a sit-in-the-office-all-day type of job.
We want someone who is hands-on, who likes being around the team, who can coach people, hold people accountable, develop future leaders, and make sure the operation is actually running the way it should.

We are open to people from trucking, logistics, construction, restoration, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, moving, distribution, home services, or other field-service industries.
For us, leadership ability matters more than industry experience.
We want someone who is confident but collaborative.
Someone who can challenge us when they think something can be done better, but who can also work well with ownership and the rest of the leadership team. We want someone who understands that having high standards does not mean creating a miserable place to work. We want a team that works hard, competes, has fun, supports each other, and takes pride in what they do.
If someone is struggling, coach them. If someone is doing a great job, recognize them. If someone repeatedly refuses to meet the standard, deal with it.
That is the kind of leadership we are looking for.
