Duties & Responsibilities:

The opportunity to be responsible for all facets of serving and advocating for the customer in achieving their requirements through providing leadership and managing all functions. To deliver the business plan objectives in a safe, cost effective and continuously improving fashion in Machining, Fabrication, and Welding manufacturing environment. This position is a member of and will work directly with the division management team, and is expected to be a dynamic leader adding to all areas of plant management. Furnish direction and leadership to the department managers to make them successful in meeting department budgets and safety goals.

  • Supervise plant employees, including hiring, schedules, training & discipline.
  • Interface with clients and suppliers.
  • Update, sustain and develop budgets for capital, labor, utilities, maintenance and other areas.
  • Ensure adherence with industry and organizational rules, safety and quality standards.
  • Plan and manage production schedule, including maintenance and inventory control.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and plant/operations management experience in an industrial manufacturing setting (Machining, Welding, metals)
