Job summary

Universal Logistics in Greer, SC seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor for a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. You will lead supervisors and hourly staff in a high‑volume warehouse, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time performance.

Responsibilities include coaching, staffing, performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement across labor, productivity, and inventory metrics. Strong English/Spanish communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3-7 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or production operations.
• Experience managing supervisors, leads, and hourly employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability, improve performance, and build positive team culture.
• Experience managing labor, productivity, quality, inventory, and customer service metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards.
• Partner with customers and senior leadership to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports related to labor, productivity, quality, and inventory performance.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and provide hands‑on leadership to support day‑time operations.

Shift Available

Operating Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
