Job summary

KnitWell Group operates a fast-paced Fulfillment Center in Greencastle, Indiana, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role involves processing orders, handling inbound/outbound tasks, and adhering to SOPs to support profitability.

Ideal candidates will meet basic reading, writing, and math requirements, have RFID familiarity, and be able to work physically demanding shifts in a climate-controlled environment with cross-training

  • Ability to understand RFID technology.
  • Must be able to carry out verbal and/or written instructions.

  • Follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work per SOPs in place within each department.
  • Adhere to labor management standards and HR and Loss Prevention policies.
  • Train to be cross functional in other rolls

About the role

This position performs a broad spectrum of duties to support our efforts in providing outstanding customer experience, maintain highly efficient operational productivity and company profitability by processing customer orders. The impact you can have

  • This position performs a broad range of functions that have a direct impact on the end customer experience.
  • Day-to-day tasks may include inbound and outbound functions such as unloading/receiving, replenishing, picking, sorting, packing, or loading/shipping customer orders.
  • Associates are required to report to work as scheduled and work required necessary.
  • Associates would be required to follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure that work is performed in accordance with the SOP’s that are in place within each department.
  • Work will be performed in accordance with labor management standards applicable to the specific job assignment.
  • Associates will be expected to adhere to Fulfillment Center work rules, as well as HR and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
  • Train to be cross functional in other rolls

You’ll bring to the role

Must be able to meet physical demands that include frequent and extended periods of lifting, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead.

  • Work with a safety-first mindset, being mindful of not only your safety but of your co-worker’s safety as well.
  • Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to understand RFID technology.
  • Must be able to carry out verbal and/or written instructions.
