The Manager, Industrial Engineering provides leadership, analytical expertise, and strategic insight to drive operational excellence across the Distribution Center. This role partners closely with facility leadership to identify opportunities, analyze performance data, improve processes, and influence decisions that enhance productivity, quality, service, safety, and associate engagement. The Manager, Industrial Engineering serves as a catalyst for continuous improvement by leveraging data, Lean methodologies, and operational best practices to support business objectives. This role leads cross‑functional initiatives, evaluates operational opportunities, facilitates change management efforts, and promotes a culture focused on innovation, problem‑solving, and sustainable performance improvement.
