First Watch in Germantown, TN is seeking team members dedicated to our YOU FIRST culture. There are no night shifts, and you will be part of a supportive team delivering breakfast, brunch, or lunch to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Learns and supports You First culture and core values
• Follows supervision to ensure daily operations run to plan and maintain high standards
• Ensures recipes are followed and food quality is consistent
• Knows restaurant sales and traffic goals and works to exceed them
• Coaches team on the First Watch Five Steps of Service
• Understands the 10 Commandments and applies them
• Responds quickly to customer and employee concerns
• Communicates and takes ownership of repairs and maintenance issues
• Is certified in food safety and coaches safe handling practices
• Continuously scouts and interviews candidates to join the team
• Keeps company assets secure including devices, POS systems and equipment
• Understands responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
• Stops inappropriate behavior and investigates as needed
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily
• Recognizes performances that go above and beyond
• Accounts for daily revenues and deposits
• Completes admin duties and submits required paperwork

• Responds with a sense of urgency to both customer and employee concerns
• Communicates and takes immediate ownership of repair and maintenance issues
• Is certified in food safety – and identifies and coaches in all areas of safe food handling
• Is continuously scouting for and interviewing candidates to join our team
• Keeps our company assets secure; including computers, point of sale, security systems and equipment
• Understands the key responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
• Puts an immediate stop to any inappropriate behavior, investigates as needed
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily
• Recognizes performance that goes above and beyond
• Accounts for all daily revenues and deposits
• Completes our admin duties – and gets required paperwork in on time
