A strong background in customer service, with at least five years of experience and a demonstrated commitment to hospitality standards, is essential. Practical knowledge of payroll and scheduling systems is required, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related office software. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel among client sites, and should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as well as responding to emergency calls outside regular business hours. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Preferred qualifications for the Operations Manager include at least three years of supervisory experience in security or janitorial management, as well as familiarity with hotel operations. Experience in conducting workplace safety inspections and managing accident investigations is also highly valued. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with after-hours availability for emergencies to ensure operational continuity.
