We are partnered with a wholesale distribution firm who is seeking an operations manager for their Baltimore, MD Branch. Our client is rapidly growing and is seeking a motivated individual to lead the Baltimore team. This is a full‑time direct hire position and my client is motivated to hire.

Salary: $85K plus $20K annual bonus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse operations leadership with experience also managing drivers
• Shipping/receiving management experience – Strong inventory management experience
• Ability to be customer facing – Manage a team of 7+ associates – WMS experience is a plus
• DMSI experience is a plus
