Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an Operations Manager to lead a team of about 20 warehouse associates at a high-volume distribution center. You will own shift results across safety, quality, productivity, and cost while developing the team and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing budgets, deploying CI initiatives, and collaborating with other shifts to optimize operations. Strong data analysis and WMS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a warehouse managerial role.
• Experience identifying and implementing CI actions to improve cost, service, and quality.
• Proven ability to develop employees and grow leadership competencies.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and hands-on WMS/databases experience.
• Ability to analyze data and act on improvement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
