Job summary

Moneta Group Investment Advisors LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our Partner team's daily operations. You will lead a high-performing group, manage performance, and implement strategies to drive efficiency and excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to document processes, deliver training, and partner with stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • B.S. Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and support professional growth.
  • Standardize, document, and continuously improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely completion of deliverables and optimal resource utilization.
  • Design and deliver training programs that address skill gaps and promote career progression.
  • Enhance team productivity by standardizing and documenting efficient work processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a technology liaison and subject matter expert, supporting team proficiency in relevant systems and tools.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Represent the team in organizational projects and initiatives, providing strategic input and advocating for team needs.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to build and maintain a talented, diverse team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Depending on team, this role may also cultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
