Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive the right processes and practices across the organization. You will mentor team members, improve customer service quality, and implement best practices to keep the company compliant, efficient, and profitable.

Three or more years in operations management, plus a bachelor’s or master’s degree, are expected, with preferred telecommunications industry experience.

• 3+ years of experience in operations management or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production and KPI’s.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant, Manager, or similar role.

• Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principals.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
