Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity available for an Operations Manager who will work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all line station and service check maintenance and ensure all customer requirements are met and schedules are maintained
• Ensure that equipment, material, and manpower time are properly documented for billing
• Coordinate the efforts of all personnel involved in the maintenance, repair, overhaul, and alteration of aircraft, ensuring all are properly qualified, trained, and authorized to perform their duties
• Ensure all FAA/CFR rules, regulations, customer requirements, and company policies are obeyed and followed
• Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License, and driver's license
• Several years of FAR 121 aircraft maintenance experience; Boeing Landing Gear 737, 747, 757, & 767
• Experience leading successful maintenance teams, including military leadership experience
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to read manufacturing manuals and lift or push up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to follow FAA/CFR rules, regulations, and company policies
