Job Title: Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee a designated territory. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and support franchisees within your assigned territory
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
• Manage schedules, inspections, and job site quality assurance
• Assist in resolving service issues quickly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers
• Use basic computer programs for reporting and communication
• Travel between multiple locations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-disciplined and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Clean background and driving record required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
• Management and/or cleaning industry experience is a bonus
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work some evenings/weekends as needed
• Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000/year
