Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services in Charlotte is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate, dispatch, and monitor field units in a fast-paced vacuum excavation operation. The role reports to the Vice President and focuses on scheduling and supervising daily activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability on site.

The ideal candidate has experience in field-service operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work with field crews, drivers and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field service-based operation is required.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• 1–2 years of dispatch experience preferred.
• Fleet maintenance coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in hydrovac or vacuum excavation operations preferred.
• Must coordinate well with field crews, operators/drivers, maintenance teams and leadership.

• Ensure maintenance policies and procedures are followed.
• Review reports from the GPS system.

Clearsite Industrial Services is a leading provider of hydrovac and vacuum excavation solutions, dedicated to safety, efficiency, and reliability in the construction industry. Our Charlotte team is searching for an operations Manager to join fast paced, growing vacuum excavation business.

Reporting to the Vice President, the position will be responsible for coordinating, dispatching and monitoring of units.

Specific Duties

• Scheduling projects daily
• Dispatching units daily
• Reviewing operator’s daily activities – DVIR, FLRA, DTR Tickets
• Ensuring that maintenance policies and procedures are followed
• Review reports from the GPS system
• Additional duties as assigned

• Experience in a field service-based operation required.
