Unique Services in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead service, installation and sales teams. You will drive revenue, manage budgets, and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality workmanship while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

• Supervise and delegate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship.
• Coach, train, and mentor technicians, installers, and sales team members to improve performance and drive results.
• Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly budget targets, and manage labor and material expenses.
• Oversee scheduling, job assignments, and field operations to optimize productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to field teams.
• Conduct job site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Review reports, track KPIs, and support the General Manager with operational planning and data analysis.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes.
