Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a facilities operations specialist for on-site management at Boston Logan International Airport. The role covers electrical, mechanical, life-safety systems and budget oversight, with a focus on client relationships and contract compliance.

Job Description Location: Boston Logan International Airport Shift: 2nd (Flexible hours) Pay: $80,000-$100,000

Location: On-site –Boston, MA

Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety
• Develop and maintain positive client relationship
• Conflict resolution and solution analysis
• Provides contract compliance management and quality control
• Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program
• Preparation of detailed budgets for operations
• Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience, 4 years preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, data centers, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.
• Experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases
• Excellent communication – written and verbal
• Regular and predictable attendance in order to support the needs of the business and client
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass background check
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Expected Compensation

Expected compensation for this position: 80,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year
