Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the efficient operations and maintenance of building systems at the Flushing, NY site. You will develop client relationships, ensure safety compliance, and manage budgets and reports.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, and excellent communication. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communications - written and verbal.
• Regular and predictable attendance in order to support the needs of the business and client.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural and life safety.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationship.
• Conflict resolution and solution analysis.
• Provides contract compliance management and quality control.
• Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program.
• Preparation of detailed budgets for operations.
• Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Expected compensation for this position: 7,500,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
