Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Product Operations Manager on a 2-month contract in Beaverton, OR. The role is onsite with an hourly pay rate of $58 to $60 W2.

The candidate will drive cross-functional footwear process integration and collaborate with product creation partners to hit key dates and deliverables. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and experience with project management in complex organizations, with close collaboration across Product Management,

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional integration of footwear process key moments and supporting tools.
• Collaborate with product creation partners to develop plans for achieving key dates and deliverables.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Development, and Merchandising partners.
• Enable high-performance design studio best practices by executing process excellence and driving synergy across Product, Color, Material and graphics design functions.
• Work closely with Footwear Design Operations Director to drive design strategy execution with scalable solutions and ensure policies are implemented for design teams.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables for design teams and for downstream and upstream partners.
• Drive forward process moments that ensure design work tracks on time against product briefs, marketplace capacity and consumer expectations.
• Analyze line plans to meet team workload capacity, providing guidance to leaders as they make strategic decisions on the shape of the business.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with project management in complex organizations.
