We are partnered with a wholesale distribution firm who is seeking an operations manager for their Baltimore, MD. Our client is rapidly growing and is seeking a motivated individual to lead the Tampa team. This is a full-time direct hire position and my client is motivated to hire.

Salary

Up to $95K plus $20K annual bonus

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse operations leadership with experience also managing drivers.
• Shipping/receiving management experience - Strong inventory management experience.
• Ability to be customer facing - Manage a team of 7+ associates - WMS experience is a plus.
