Job description

What about us?

INFINIT is a high-growth fintech scale-up making its U.S. debut in Austin, Texas—backed by some of the world’s leading investors and building on breakout success across Europe.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Austin

Experience: 3+ years of experience

What about us?

Founded in 2023, we’ve grown to over 150 team members across 9 countries, united by a bold mission: to reshape the future of small and medium-sized enterprises. We’ve built an all-in-one operating system—with banking at its core—that helps SMEs and their teams manage, optimize, and grow every part of their business, effortlessly.

By focusing on specific industries and leveraging AI technology, we deliver deeply tailored solutions that unlock real growth for our customers.

Now, we're bringing that vision stateside. With a fresh launch in the U.S. and Austin as our hub, we're just getting started. If you’re excited about transforming fintech for SMEs and being part of a global story from the ground up—come build with us.

The role

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic operator to lead our US operations from the ground up. As Operations Manager at INFINIT, you’ll be the first local hire—laying the foundation for our success in the region.

You’ll build scalable, efficient processes while also managing multiple functions day-to-day across onboarding, customer success, credit, compliance, and more.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, knows how to build from scratch, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty while also thinking 10 steps ahead.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build & Scale Operations: Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across all functions to support growth and efficiency
  • Be the Engine: From day one, own key processes like onboarding, customer support, credit checks, and compliance—making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Drive Results: Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements
  • Customer Onboarding & Success: Ensure seamless experiences for new clients, and support them with structured, scalable processes that drive retention and satisfaction
  • Credit Oversight: Manage local credit evaluation and approval processes, ensuring alignment with risk frameworks and company policy
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of local regulations and ensure our operations are fully compliant—building policies and conducting internal checks where needed
  • Future Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a growing local team as we scale in the US
What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Experience: 4+ years in operations management, ideally in a startup, fintech, or high-growth environment
  • Builder Mindset: You know how to go from zero to one—creating structured systems from scratch and adapting quickly as things evolve
  • Structured & Detail-Oriented: You bring order to chaos, with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple work-streams
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and optimizing digital tools (G Suite, CRMs, ops platforms), and can dive into technical processes without hesitation
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing teams or cross-functional projects, with a clear track record of operational impact
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
What You’ll Love About Working At INFINIT

  • Competitive Compensation & Equity; We offer top-of-market salaries and meaningful equity—because we believe everyone should share in the value we’re building together
  • A Diverse, Global Team; Join an international team representing 8+ nationalities, all united by a shared mission. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals from around the world, bringing fresh perspectives and deep expertise to every challenge
  • Mission-Driven Work; We’re reshaping the way small businesses access capital. Your work will directly impact entrepreneurs and communities across the U.S. and Europe—especially as we expand our presence in Austin and beyond
  • Health & Wellness That Actually Supports You; Enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health coverage—because your well-being is non-negotiable
  • Time Off When You Need It; We trust our team to manage their energy. Take the personal time you need to recharge and come back stronger
  • Flexibility, With a Strong Team Vibe; We work from the office 3 days a week to collaborate, learn, and grow together—and enjoy 2 days of remote flexibility to focus or recharge. It’s the best of both worlds: real connection without losing autonomy
  • A Seat at the Table; As part of our early U.S. team, you’ll help shape how we grow—your voice will be heard, and your impact will be real
Additional:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application; We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
