Raydar is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its first US operations team, owning post-deployment performance at client sites and building scalable processes. You will establish an Austin base, recruit and train operators, and drive consistency as deployments grow from a few machines to large-scale rollouts.
The role requires 5–10 years in industrial operations, hands-on machinery interaction, and willingness to travel to customer sites, including multi-week trips.
Our client is a Physical AI company making industrial machines, including forklifts and heavy equipment, autonomous. Its technology helps logistics operators improve productivity, safety, and sustainability across real-world industrial sites. The company is expanding its US operations from the ground up, creating the playbooks for autonomous equipment to move from deployment into reliable day-to-day use.
As Operations Manager, you will build and lead the company’s first US operational team. You will own post-deployment performance across customer sites and establish the people, processes, and operating routines needed to scale from initial machines to larger deployments.
The base salary range is $150,000 to $180,000, with competitive equity and stock options.
This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas, with two to three days per week in the office and warehouse when not traveling. Customer‑site travel is approximately 40% of the time, with trips of up to three weeks at a stretch. Visa sponsorship is not available.
