Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of leadership in operations management or related field.
• Experience managing large hourly workforces in multi-site/client-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management, scheduling, and operational best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience within the security, facilities management, hospitality, logistics, staffing, healthcare, or service industries.
