Job summary

Jobtailor in Aurora, IL is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations, supervise warehousing, receiving and shipping, and plan inbound/outbound volume.

You will train staff, ensure SOP adherence, and partner with HR on hiring and training. The ideal candidate has strong logistics background, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years experience in logistics/distribution.
• 5 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Knowledge of applicable WMS systems.
• English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication.
