EcoShield Pest Solutions in Atlanta, GA seeks an Operations Manager - Additional Services to lead sales and service teams, drive revenue, and ensure top-notch customer experiences. Partner with the GM to recruit, coach, and develop staff while overseeing field operations, safety, and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in pest control, field operations, or fleet management
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history
• Must obtain and maintain state pest control certifications and licensing (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing Branch Sales Professionals and Additional Services Technicians
• Lead Additional Services sales and service teams by monitoring staffing, productivity, close rates, revenue growth
• Provide hands-on field leadership through ride-alongs, inspections, coaching, and team engagement activities
• Conduct and document sales and service evaluations for safety, quality, and sales practices
• Facilitate regular sales meetings, safety trainings, and cross-team collaboration sessions
• Deliver coaching, performance management, and corrective action based on field observations and metrics
• Oversee customer account audits and resolve escalated customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; provide ongoing training
• Manage inventory controls, GPS tracking systems, service equipment maintenance, and service ticket audits
• Support business continuity by performing field service responsibilities as needed
• Assist the General Manager with operational planning, incident reporting, budgeting, and leadership meetings

Position Summary

The Operations Manager - Additional Services leads the sales and service teams responsible for drivingadditionalservice revenue, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. This role partners with the General Manager to recruit, develop, and coach team members while overseeing field operations, performance management, safety compliance, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to recruit, onboard, develop, andretainhigh-performing Branch Sales Professionals and Additional Services Technicians through comprehensive technical, sales, customer service, and field-based training programs.

• Lead the performance of Additional Services sales and service teams by monitoring staffing levels, productivity, close rates, revenue growth, and overall operational effectiveness.

• Provide hands-on field leadership through ride-alongs, inspections, coaching, and team engagement activities,maintaininga strong presence in the field to support employee development and service excellence.

• Conduct and document sales and service evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards, safety requirements, service quality expectations, and sales best practices.

• Facilitate regular sales meetings, safety trainings, and operational collaboration sessions to drive performance, communication, and continuous improvement across teams.

• Deliver ongoing coaching, performance management, and corrective action initiatives based on field observations, customer feedback, service audits, and business performance metrics.

• Oversee customer account audits and resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure a positive customer experience and successful service outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations bymaintainingoperationalexpertiseand providing ongoing employee training and guidance.

• Manage inventory controls, GPS tracking systems, service equipment maintenance, and service ticket audits to promote operational accuracy, accountability, and asset management.

• Support business continuity by performing field service responsibilities as needed, including coverage of priority, emergency, or high-demand service routes.

• Assist the General Manager with operational planning, incident reporting, budget management, expense control, and participation in key leadership meetings.

Qualifications and Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in pest control, field operations, or fleet management, with 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer retention, and/or training support responsibilities

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Possessa valid driver's license andhave3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and isdeterminedwithin a range. Thisprovidesthe opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $70,000and $80,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
