EcoShield Pest Solutions in Round Rock, TX, seeks a Service Manager to lead Field Managers and Service Technicians delivering routine pest control services to a growing client base. You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while focusing on customer experience and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 consecutive years of driving.
• 2+ years pest control experience with prior management preferred.
• Must obtain state-required pest control training and licensing where applicable.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance and goals.
• Provide ongoing field coaching and accountability to ensure service quality and safety.
• Monitor route efficiency, service metrics, and budget adherence to improve execution with Field Managers, Technicians, and Sales.
• Run service routes and assist with incidents, expenses, and weekly leadership meetings as needed.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions on service delivery, scheduling, escalations, and resource allocation.

Position Summary

The Service Manager leads Field Managers and Service Technicians responsible for executing daily routes and delivering services to our recurring customer base. This role is accountable for hiring, training, and developing a high-performing service team focused on exceptional customer experience and identifying opportunities that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance, employee engagement, and operational goals.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to ensure team members meet service quality, productivity, safety, and customer experience expectations.
• Monitor operational performance, including route efficiency, service completion, customer retention, inventory utilization, and service quality metrics to identify opportunities and improve execution in partnership with Field Managers, Technicians and Sales.
• Support field operations as needed by running service routes, auditing daily service tickets, assisting with incident reporting, managing expenses within budget, and participating in weekly leadership meetings.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions related to service delivery, scheduling priorities, customer escalations, and resource allocation within established guidelines.
• Promote adherence to company safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while ensuring service teams operate in a safe and compliant manner.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000/yr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
